 Małgorzata Szymańska, President of Capital Audyt
Małgorzata has 20 years of experience in auditing. She is a statutory auditor, tax advisor and accounting expert – she has a broad experience in economic advisory and auditing financial statements of different entities made in line with both the Polish and international accounting standards as well as in drafting the financial parts of prospectuses, conducting financial due diligence and transforming financial statements into IAS/IFRS. She supervises accountants in our Accounting Bureau. She also specialises in advisory regarding mergers and capital transformations of companies and in the field of financial instruments. In addition, she is a lecturer in the area of accountancy and IAS/IFRS in numerous training institutions and a co-author of different publications regarding accountancy.
Beata Szymańska, Vice-President of Capital Audyt
Beata has 18 years of experience in auditing. She is a statutory auditor and an expert of the Polish and international accounting provisions and regulations. She specialises in financial reporting of listed companies, investment funds and capital groups. She usually manages audits of companies, capital groups and the EU subsidies as well as the reviews and optimisation of internal control procedures. She has many years of experience in drafting the financial parts of prospectuses for companies which want to be listed on the stock exchange as well as preparing financial analyses for privatisation purposes and conducting due diligence. She directly supervises the correctness of performed audits and coordinates works regarding control over the quality of outsourcing services.
