On-line accounting

Accounting and tax services are rendered either entirely or mostly via e-mails or the Internet platform (For Clients) connected with the accounting system (RAKSSQL).

This way of communication between Clients and the Accounting Bureau allows for:

• Automatically sending sales invoices issued by the Client to the accounting system,
• Easy and safe way of sending invoices and other cost-related documents received from Client’s contractors to the accounting system and for archiving those documents (the original invoices are kept by Clients and the Accounting Bureau receives only scans),
• Client’s fast access to financial data, including reports and analyses and to the archive of accounting  documents,
• Easy management of debt recovery and payments.
