  • Settlement of remuneration for a sick leave, sickness benefit, maternity leaves etc.,
  • Informing the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) about notifications/change of data/deregistration of employees, entities hiring employees,
  • Preparing and sending monthly ZUS declarations, preparing the list of payments for premiums,
  • Calculating advance payments for PIT,
  • Preparing documents of payments for remuneration, ZUS premiums and PIT,
  • Preparing the monthly ZUS information for employees,
  • Preparing the annual PIT information for employees and tax offices,
  • Preparing salary reports for the management board in line with Client’s guidelines,
  • Providing explanations concerning settlements with the Social Insurance Institution and under PIT to appropriate bodies, including instigated controls of the correctness of Client’s settlements mentioned above.
